Q: Will I work with one Spectrum Associate or many?

A: We strive to match you with the best fit for your business needs. The selection of your Associate(s) will be based on the service categories selected. If you select more than one category you may have more than one Associate.

Q: Is the Spectrum Associate available to meet during the work day?
​
A: Yes, you will be able to work with your Spectrum Associate to set time to meet during the week. However, for the most part, your Associate will be working asynchronously.

Q: Can I select multiple service categories?
​
A: You may select any of the service categories per contract. The categories select will impact the hourly rate.

Q: Is there a minimum number of service hours?
A: Each contract requires a minimum of 5 hours per week.
Q: Can I carry over unused service hours?
A: Yes, you may carry over up to 10 service hours from the previous month to the next month. Spectrum does not issue a refund for unused hours after that.

Q: Are these only virtual services?
A: Yes, Spectrum only offers virtual services.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: We ask for a 3 week notice before cancelling services. Once a monthly invoice is paid for that month the services will be rendered or forfeited.
