We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Contractor to provide exceptional support to our customers.

 

As a Spectrum Associate, you will serve specific customers based on your skill set in the following service categories,

 

  • Operations

  • Communications

  • Administrative

Our goal is to serve small businesses and non-profit organizations to fill staffing gaps and assist with administrative needs.

Details

Job Type: Contract, 1099

Location: Fully Remote

Hours: 

  • Flexible, Based on mutually agreed times with assigned client

  • Typical Client calls will occur during the traditional business hours

  • Administrative work can be complete at any time

 

Salary

  • $20 - $50/hr based on service skill

Responsibilities

​

Responsibilities vary based on the accepted contract, below is an overview of expectations

​

  • Support customers with marketing operations tasks, including but not limited to developing marketing materials, managing social media accounts, conducting market research, and coordinating marketing campaigns.

  • Assist customers with basic administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and handling correspondence.

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and requirements, providing customized administrative solutions accordingly.

  • Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of assignments.

  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to customer interactions and administrative processes.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in both marketing operations and administrative tasks.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to marketing operations and administrative support, applying this knowledge to deliver high-quality services.

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

 

Requirements

​

  • Proven experience in marketing, operations and/or basic administrative tasks

  • Proficiency in using various software and tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, social media platforms, and Google Suite.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate varying customer needs and requirements.

  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

  • If you are interested in marketing services, strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tools, with the ability to execute marketing tasks effectively is required.
