Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary based on the accepted contract, below is an overview of expectations

Support customers with marketing operations tasks, including but not limited to developing marketing materials, managing social media accounts, conducting market research, and coordinating marketing campaigns.

Assist customers with basic administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and handling correspondence.

Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and requirements, providing customized administrative solutions accordingly.

Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of assignments.

Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to customer interactions and administrative processes.

Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in both marketing operations and administrative tasks.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to marketing operations and administrative support, applying this knowledge to deliver high-quality services.

Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Requirements

Proven experience in marketing, operations and/or basic administrative tasks

Proficiency in using various software and tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, social media platforms, and Google Suite.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.

Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate varying customer needs and requirements.
