Account Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing outreach activities and data management to support our sales efforts. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our sales data.

Responsibilities

Outreach Management:
-
Conduct proactive outreach to identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.

Develop and implement outreach strategies to generate leads and drive sales growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions.

Lead Generation:

Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with our target market.

Develop effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.

Data Management:
-
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer relationship management (CRM) system, tracking all lead interactions, sales activities, and customer information.

Sales Support:
-
Collaborate closely with the COO to provide support in generating proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.

Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials.

Host sales calls with potential clients. Manage transfer of knowledge from sales call to COO.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage prospects and build relationships. Ability to guide the prospective clients through the available services to actively tailor the conversation.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field. Current college students are welcome to apply as well.

Existing experience in sales, business development, or account management is preferred.
